General Operative / Labourer

General Operative / Labourer (M30 7DZ) – Fulltime

An opportunity to work on a major construction project in the M30 7DZ area, delivering important works over the coming years.

PAYE basis

£15.25 per hour for the first 39 hours
Time and a half after 39 hours

Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays)

Must Have:

* CSCS Green Labourer Card

* NPORS Traffic Marshal

* Previous experience working on construction or infrastructure projects

* Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures

* Ability to carry out general labouring duties and traffic marshalling

* Reliable and proactive approach to work

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out general labouring duties across site

* Assist tradespeople and site teams with daily activities

* Carry out traffic marshalling duties safely and efficiently

* Assist with deliveries and movement of materials around site

* Keep work areas clean, tidy and free from hazards

* Follow site procedures and Health & Safety requirements

* Support the successful delivery of the project
