General Practice Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and developing a portfolio of clients across multiple industries
• Reviewing and overseeing year-end accounts, tax returns, and compliance work
• Providing strategic advice to clients, helping them improve their financial position
• Mentoring newly promoted managers, offering guidance on portfolio growth and best practices
• Supporting Partners in driving the firm's growth and maintaining excellent client relationships

What We're Looking For:

• ACA / ACCA qualified
• Previous experience managing a portfolio in an accountancy practice
• Strong technical knowledge across accounting, tax, and compliance
• A passion for mentoring and developing junior team members
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
