Key Responsibilities

Client Portfolio & Advisory

• Manage, develop and grow a diverse portfolio of clients, including large and technically complex businesses.
  
• Act as a trusted adviser, delivering commercially focused accounting and business advice.
  
• Build long term client relationships through proactive engagement and tailored service offerings.
  
• Deliver innovative solutions that add value and support clients' strategic objectives.
  

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, inspire and mentor high performing teams across the practice.
  
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive and high performing culture.
  
• Support the development of future leaders through coaching and professional development.
  
• Promote collaboration across service lines to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
  

Business Development & Growth

• Drive new business generation and expand existing client relationships.
