General Practice Surveyor

We are recruiting a General Practice Surveyor to join a respected social housing provider, dealing with land transfers/disposals, encroachment disputes as well as lettings, property management and landlord and tenant matters. This role will be based within Lichfield and will require someone to be on site 3 days or 5 days a week!

£350-£400 per day
Site based 3 days or 5 days a week
6 month contract

Commercial lease renewals
Property management 
Encroachment disputes
Land transfers/disposals
Rent reviews
General Landlord & Tenant advisory work
Supporting wider general practice instructions as required
Preparation of professional advice and reports
Managing instructions from start to completionThe successful General Practice Surveyor will have:

Previous experience within general practice surveying in local authorities
MRICS qualified (desirable)
Proven experience in commercial landlord and tenant work
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
