We are currently recruiting for a General Sales Manager position at a well-established dealership in Blackpool. This opportunity is ideal for experienced motor trade professionals aiming to lead a high-performing sales team within a reputable automotive group. Competitive basic salary from £25,000 to £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Manage, lead, and develop the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise vehicle sales and dealership profitability
Lead by example to motivate staff and promote excellent customer service standards
Oversee both new and used vehicle sales processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management as a General Sales Manager
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Ensure adherence to manufacturer standards and dealership policies
Foster a positive team environment through training and coachingRequirements of a General Sales Manager:

Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or Sales Manager within the motor trade
Strong leadership and team management skills
Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of automotive retail operations and manufacturer systems
Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
