On offer is the chance to work in an autonomous role, where you will use your technical skills to provide reactive and planned maintenance across a variety of sites. The company are well established within the industry and work with multiple blue chip clients. This is a great opportunity to join the company as they are experiencing rapid growth. This is a varied role, covering the Midlands region.

This role would suit a Field Service Engineer with generator or plant hire experience, who is looking to join a leading UK company where you will have the opportunity to increase earnings through overtime.

The Role:

• Planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of generators, fault finding i.e. control panel, AC/DC electrical systems, genset synchronization

• £17.25 p/h basic, 39hrs per week - 8:00am to 16:30 Monday to Thursday, 15:30 finish Friday
• Overtime 1.5x - paid from 6:00am to 8:00am, then 16:30pm to 00:00pm/ 2.0x paid 00:00 to 6:00am

• Midlands patch (up to Liverpool, Sheffield, down to Oxford & Worcester) Occasional visits to depot in Birmingham required

The Person:

• NVQ in plant maintenance/equivalent in Mechanical Engineering

• Experience working on generators or plant hire equipment
• Full, Clean UK driving license
• Looking to develop your skills through industry specific training and courses.
