A team of market leading Ground-Gas Monitoring specialists based near Watford are seeking an enthusiastic Geo-environmental Engineer (/Engineering Geologist) to join the expanding team on a variety of exciting monitoring, risk assessment and verification projects. With 3 offices across the UK and a strong client basis allowing for continuous and varied work, this opportunity will provide a chance to develop your geo-environmental knowledge into a niche specialism.

The Geo-Environmental Engineer selected will be working on site, carrying out groundwater and gas monitoring, soil and rock logging and mentoring junior team members. You'll be trained to write technical reports, analyse data, as well as communicate with clients.

Therefore, the Geo-environmental Engineer successful in their application will:

• (Ideally) have experience as a geotechnical/geo-environmental engineer or consultant, with a good level of gas and ground water monitoring experience.
• Have a degree in geology, geoscience, earth science or a relevant subject.
• Hold a clean and valid UK Driving licence.
• Live commutable to Watford.
• Have a full right to work in the UK.
