A secondary school in Watford is seeking a Geography ECT to join its collaborative Humanities faculty.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will teach KS3 and KS4 Geography, supported by an experienced Head of Department and a clear ECT induction programme. You will have access to shared resources, mentoring, protected non-contact time and regular developmental feedback.

The role is ideal for an ECT keen to develop strong classroom practice while delivering engaging lessons on physical and human geography.
