An ambitious and inclusive 11–18 secondary school in Staffordshire
is looking to appoint an enthusiastic Teacher of Geography from January 2026, ideal for an Early Career Teacher ready to start their teaching journey in a supportive and well-structured environment.

The Opportunity

You’ll teach Geography across KS3–KS4, with potential for A-Level teaching as you develop. The department is collaborative and experienced in mentoring ECTs — every new teacher is paired with a subject mentor and given reduced teaching hours during their induction year.

Lessons are designed to inspire curiosity and critical thinking, linking global issues with local case studies. The curriculum follows a clear, well-sequenced structure that supports consistency while allowing teachers the freedom to make lessons engaging and relevant.
