Geography Teacher

You would be working in a successful Humanities department teaching Geography across KS3, KS4 and KS5. The department is passionate about helping students understand the world around them and develop a strong awareness of environmental, social and economic issues.

Students explore topics including climate change, sustainability, natural hazards, urbanisation and global development through an engaging and ambitious curriculum. Fieldwork and independent enquiry form an important part of the learning experience and help students develop excellent analytical and investigative skills.

The department consistently achieves strong examination outcomes and regularly organises educational visits and enrichment opportunities that bring learning to life beyond the classroom.

Teachers work collaboratively to share best practice, develop resources and support students in achieving excellent academic outcomes.
