Are you an experienced geotechnical professional ready to take a leading role within a growing, technically driven consultancy?

We're looking for a Geotechnical Associate to join our team in London, helping shape projects, develop client relationships and support the continued growth of our geotechnical offering.

The role

As Geotechnical Associate, you'll lead technically challenging projects across London, providing strategic input from early-stage design through to construction.

You'll be involved in:
* Geotechnical and foundation design
* Retaining walls, basements and ground movement
* Technical reviews and design assurance
* Client management and business development
* Mentoring and developing engineers
* Supporting project strategy and delivery

About you

We're looking for a senior geotechnical engineer with strong consultancy experience and a proven track record delivering complex projects in London.

You'll ideally have:
* Chartered Engineer status or equivalent
* Strong technical and commercial judgement
* Excellent communication skills
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Live in the London area
