Geotechnical Engineer (Piling)

Role Description

Reporting to our Technical Director, our ideal candidate will be an ambitious geotechnical engineer or engineering geologist with experience in earthwork designs, slope stability, foundation design, gravity and embedding wall design.

We would expect you to be qualified to a minimum HND level in building/civil engineering and to be capable of undertaking pile design.

You should be capable of managing your own workload and capable of multi-tasking to respond to our expanding client base and the requirement to produce a consistent and quality service.

This is a full-time hybrid role. You will be responsible for reviewing site investigations, analysing soil samples, and designing pile foundations. You will work closely with the existing design and commercial team to ensure the proper implementation of ground engineering solutions..

Qualifications
HND or Degree Level in Civil Engineering or related field.
Site Investigation and Soil analysis skills
Geotechnical Engineering and Engineering Geology knowledge
Pile / Foundation Design expertise
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
