Job Description - German Customer Service Administrator

European Language Customer Care Administrator

Fluent German / Swiss German
Home based

(1 day per month in the head office in Cambridgeshire)
A fantastic success story, our client is expanding and are looking to recruit Fluent German or Swiss German speakers who enjoy Customer Service, attention to detail and Teamwork. It is a busy environment working with other team members who speak a variety of European languages. The successful German Customer Service Administratorwill be talking exclusively to their German customers; taking service calls; resolving customer queries from enquiry to order, delivery, and payment - ensuring that a satisfactory conclusion is reached. The successful German Customer Service Administratorwill need to have a passion for excellent Customer Service.
The successful

German Customer Service Administrator

must have the following skills:
* Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
* Must be fluent in both oral and written English and Germanor Swiss German
* Excellent communication skills with both internal & external customers
* Able to build good relationships at all levels with a positive and flexible approach
* Able to solve problems, have initiative, and open to continuous improvement and learning
This role will be home-based however candidates must be able to travel to the office approximately 1 day per month - the office is based in St Neots, Cambridgeshire area. Candidates that wish to relocate may be offered assistance and support.
German Customer Service Administrator Shift Pattern 1
5-week rotation
o Week 1: Monday to Friday. 07:00

15:15
o Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. 07:30

15:45
o Week 3: Monday to Friday. 11:00

19:15
o Week 4: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. 08:00

16:15
o Week 5: Monday to Friday. 11:45

20:00
German Customer Service Administrator Shift Pattern 2
2-week rotation
o Week 1: Monday to Friday - 11:45 to 20:00
o Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 11:45 to 20:00 (Thursday OFF) and Saturday 08:00 to 16:15
