German Speaking Buyer

DarcyBrook Procurement & Supply Chain are looking to recruit a Buyer who is fluent in German. Experience of sourcing components, equipment and spares from the engineering or manufacturing industry would be highly desirable. 

The Role: 

Vendor Sourcing & Research: Identify, research, and establish strong relationships with potential new European and global vendors.

Commercial Negotiations: Obtain, analyze, and compare pricing structures while actively negotiating competitive prices and favorable business terms with suppliers.

Quotation & Order Processing: Prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations for clients, as well as placing and processing purchase orders efficiently.

Order Tracking & Delivery Management: Rigorously track and progress purchase orders to ensure strict compliance with customer delivery schedules.

Logistics & Warehouse Coordination: Liaise directly with internal warehouse and logistics teams to guarantee product quality standards and seamless, on-time deliveries.

Relationship Management: Maintain high standards of Supplier Relationship Management  and Customer Relationship Management  while handling everyday customer service inquiries.
