Morgan McKinley is proud to be partnering with a rapidly growing international organisation based in Swindon, in the search for a German-speaking Credit Controller to join their dynamic Accounts Receivable team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is looking to work for a well-established yet forward-thinking global company.

As a Credit Controller, you will take full ownership of the Accounts Receivable ledger for the German market, working with key locations across Europe. This is a hybrid role offering a mix of home and office-based work from their Swindon site.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing collections across the German ledger and ensuring timely cash flow

• Setting up new customers and performing credit assessments

• Leading weekly debtor reporting, including bad debt and cash projections

• Running monthly close procedures and reconciliations

• Partnering with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to resolve aged debt

• Holding debtor review meetings and making recommendations for improvement

• Uploading GL data and maintaining ledger accuracy

• You're an experienced Credit Controller or Finance professional with a track record of managing large, complex ledgers

• Fluent in German (essential) - verbal and written

• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills

• Able to work to deadlines and maintain high levels of accuracy under pressure

• Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team

• Hybrid working (2-3 days office-based in Swindon)
