Role : GERMAN SPEAKING- CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

Location: ST15 AREA

Hours: 37.5hrs per week. Monday to Friday. ( Hybrid Mon & Friday)

The Role

* Opportunity to use and develop bilingual (German/English) skills

* Deliver an exceptional customer experience across all communication channels

* Manage orders, enquiries, and service requests with accuracy and professionalism

* Prioritise, organise, and process all customer requests within agreed timeframes

* Take full ownership of customer issues, ensuring efficient and effective resolution

* Communicate confidently with colleagues at all levels, as well as external partners such as couriers and logistics providers

* Maintain accurate records and ensure all information is processed correctly

* Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail

* Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office

* Ability to work flexibly, accurately, and collaboratively as part of a team

* Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences

* Desirable: Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (training provided)

The Requirements

* Fluent German language skills, including professional/business communication

* Proven experience delivering high‑quality customer service

* German English (written and spoken)

* Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office
