We're recruiting for a fantastic opportunity to join a brilliant and growing business based in Kirkby as a German-Speaking Customer Service Assistant.

This is a full-time, permanent position, ideal for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and thrives in a busy office environment.

Key Requirements:

Fluent German language skills (both written and verbal)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good administrative and organisational abilities
Confident using Microsoft Office and other business systems
Positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach
Experience in customer service, administration or an office environment (desirable)
