Description

• Manage accounts receivable processes for German-speaking clients, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments, maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies with clients or internal teams.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Provide regular reports on accounts receivable status to the finance team.
• Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Support process improvements within the accounts receivable function.

Profile

A successful German Speaking Accounts Receivable professional should have:

• Fluency in both German and English, with strong communication skills.
• Experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• An organised and detail-oriented approach to managing tasks.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary of £27,000 to £33,000 per year, depending on experience.
