Location: Didcot area, Oxfordshire, hybrid
Contract: Permanent, full-time Monday to Friday
Salary: £32,000 – £34,000

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and supporting sales teams in an international environment? We’re representing a global leader in manufacturing who are looking for a German speaking Sales Support professionalto join their passionate team.

As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication, efficient order management, and excellent service delivery. From processing orders and handling enquiries to supporting account management and providing quotations, your role will be crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the wider sales team.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Being the main point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth handling of orders, queries, and product information
• Building and nurturing ongoing relationships with customers
• Preparing quotes and working closely with the sales team on products and pricing
• Liaise with production teams to align schedules and update customers on timelines
• Support the upkeep of pricing records and internal systems

• A competitive annual salary of £32,000 – £34,000 plus a performance bonus
• Hybrid working after successful probation with 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

Who we’re looking for:

• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, ideally within the manufacturing
• Strong IT skills; SAP experience is a plus
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
