* Location: London (Hybrid) - 3 days in the office, 2 home hybrid
* Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
* Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Are you an experienced German speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a proactive and driven recruitment professional to manage full cycle recruitment across the EMEA region, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent across multiple European markets.

Key Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple EMEA countries.
* Source, screen, interview and shortlist high-quality candidates.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment strategies.
* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
* Conduct competency-based telephone and virtual interviews.
* Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
* Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from application through onboarding.
* Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage recruitment activity and candidate records.
* Produce offer letters and support candidates through the pre-employment process.
* Monitor recruitment performance and provide accurate reporting.
* Support employer branding and candidate attraction initiatives across digital platforms.
* Build relationships with industry professionals, universities and recruitment networks across Europe.
* Contribute to cross-border recruitment projects across Germany, France, Spain, Poland and other EMEA markets.
* Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to share market intelligence and sourcing strategies.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Fluent German language skills (essential).
* Minimum 2 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Full Cycle Recruiting.
* Experience recruiting across European or international markets, recruitment within professional services or corporate environments
* Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and other recruitment channels.
* Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruitment technologies.
* A collaborative, customer-focused approach.
