A prestigious Boys' School in Richmond is seeking a dedicated Modern Foreign Languages (German) Teacher to join our Languages department. We are looking for an educator who can inspire a love of German language and culture.

About the Role:

• Deliver engaging and challenging German lessons across Key Stages 3-5, including GCSE and A-Level.


• Develop and implement lesson plans covering German grammar, vocabulary, and cultural studies.


• Facilitate student-led conversations and cultural projects.


• Assess student progress through speaking, listening, reading, and writing tasks.


• Contribute to the development and enhancement of the German curriculum.


• Organize and lead extracurricular activities, such as German clubs and cultural events.

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in German or Modern Foreign Languages.


• Extensive experience teaching German at the secondary level, preferably in a boys' school setting.


• Native or near-native fluency in German.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
