German-speaking Customer Service Representative

We are currently looking for a fluent German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a busy and friendly team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys building relationships and providing a high level of support to clients. You will play an important role in managing and supporting German-speaking client accounts, ensuring enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently

Job type: Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Location: Bexhill on Sea
Salary: up to £32,000 p/aKey Responsibilities

Acting as a key point of contact for German-speaking clients
Managing and supporting client accounts
Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Processing orders and updating customer information
Liaising with internal departments to resolve customer queries
Maintaining accurate records on internal systems
Providing a professional and efficient customer service experienceSkills & Experience Required

Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
Previous experience within customer service, account management or a similar role
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Strong administration and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple client enquiries and priorities
Good attention to detail and confidence using computer systems
