Sales Executive – Global Parts & Precast Sales

Due to our continued growth and expansion into new product areas, we are looking for a highly motivated and results-orientated Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales growth of our Parts & Precast products from both new and existing customers on a global basis. The role represents a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys building strong, trust based relationships with customers and for whom being part of a customer-centric organisation is motivational and rewarding. An understanding of the concrete and or/construction industry is an advantage but not essential; enthusiasm, high energy levels and an appetite to learn about the sector and technical products are essential.

The role incorporates identifying and pursuing new sales leads through various channels, including social media, networking, cold calling and referrals. In collaboration with our marketing team, the successful candidate will conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials, staying up to date with industry trends and market conditions. Customers may require product demonstrations, therefore the role requires the ability to communicate effectively Armcon’s value proposition and in so doing, nurture strong relationships with customers to ensure continued customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Ideally with proven experience in sales or a related field with some engineering technical ability, the successful candidate will feel confident and passionate about the opportunity to negotiate and close sales deals to reach and exceed targets. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are essential along with proficiency in using software applications including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and other sales tools.

Qualifications
Sales and Business Development skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Product knowledge and technical expertise
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the construction industry or related field
Availability to travel internationally, if required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
