About the role

We are looking for an Marketing executive, who will help to fuel the creation of ground-breaking new skincare product innovation and marketing campaigns for Charlotte Tilbury Beauty. Building on the success of our iconic Magic Cream, you’ll work to spot customer and market opportunities in skincare, translating these into salient insights and bringing product and campaign solutions to life through collaboration across our global team, the regions and the wider business.

 

As a Marketing Executive you will cover:

  • Data Insight, Performance and Product Portfolio Analysis (Market, Product, Customer & Competitor): With insatiable curiosity for data (including performance, market data, customer feedback, reviews etc), support the global brand team in using data to fuel our skincare category strategy, helping to identify new brand, product and marketing / communication opportunities.
  • Campaign Management & Planning: Work with global brand managers to manage and deliver industry-leading, ground-breaking marketing campaign concepts. Collaborate across all business stakeholders, including The Creative Agency, PR & Communications, Social, Education, Visual Merchandising and Store Design, CT.com and Regions, as well as Tech teams, to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly across all channels and customer touchpoints, to deliver highly innovative, engaging, and integrated activations and plans.
  • Briefing and Production Build and deliver comprehensive and compelling global briefs that spark record-breaking ideas, whether for a new product or photo shoot requirements. Support preparation of marketing presentations and the delivery of campaign assets with brand managers & the Charlotte Tilbury Creative Agency
  • Post Campaign Assessments Support on pulling together learnings and insights across planning, campaign + activation performance to help fuel future campaigns.
  • Develop Strong Stakeholder Relationships Establish and build excellent relationships with cross-functional groups, with a particular focus on fostering and maintaining a deeply collaborative culture between global and local teams.
  • Finance Support the global brand team in raising POs & keeping budget tracker up to date and on target

About you

  • A passion for skincare, with a keen interest in building brands and innovative campaigns and activations, and proven experience of a product marketing role, supported by strong NPD experience, ideally within beauty / luxury / fashion industry
  • A resilient, tenacious, confident self-starter who can flourish in an entrepreneurial environment and hit the ground running
  • Exceptional organisational and project planning skills and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, liaising with internal and external partners, while ensuring timely deliverables
  • An innovative, creatively driven problem-solver with flexibility and agility needed to operate in fast-paced environment
  • You are confident, collaborative, ambitious, detail-oriented, resilient and hands on. You’ll embody Charlotte Tilbury’s culture and be passionate about helping us achieve our goals
  • Proficiency in MS Office, and familiar with the most relevant Prestige Beauty market research databases
