Global Business Development Executive - 35-50k + Double OTE - London Hybrid

New Business Development - Generate leads through targeted research and cold calling to hit revenue targets

Account Management - Manage client relationships and recruitment project delivery

Candidate Sourcing - Support headhunting team where needed

What You'll Do

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with companies expanding globally
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across various industries
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client account management
  • Close deals and drive revenue growth through consultative selling
  • Collaborate with recruitment team to deliver exceptional talent solutions
  • Focus on executive search, global talent acquisition, and EOR services

  • Proven track record in new business development and sales
