Job Description - Global Change & Transformation Lead 12-18 Month FTC

In this pivotal role, you will act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, guiding the design and execution of complex change programmes and organisational transformation efforts across multiple regions. With a refined understanding of global business dynamics and human capital strategy, you will play a central role in shaping the future structure and culture of the organisation.

This role requires extensive experience in delivering transformation and change in a matrixed, global environment. You will be confident managing sensitive organisational changes, navigating complex employee relations landscapes, and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions and jurisdictions.

Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will oversee the design and implementation of change management and communication strategies that support a positive employee experience during this business-critical transition period. The ability to coach and align global leadership teams, develop targeted engagement plans, and embed new ways of working will be key to success in this role. You will be the central HR lead for global restructuring efforts, ensuring that the people strategy is fully aligned with business objectives and effectively executed across geographies.

Experience required:

  • Experience in transition, change management and stakeholder management operating at Senior HRBP or global HR leadership level.
  • Demonstrable success in leading workforce planning, organisational design, and cultural change initiatives.
  • Experience of working in a matrixed/global environment.
  • Takes personal responsibility and accountability for own work.
  • Sustains a high level of leadership and drive, shows enthusiasm and a positive attitude when coping with pressure at work.
  • Analyses problems, identifies core issues, investigates, evaluates and integrates information.
