Global Marketing Operations Coordinator, Le Labo

Le Labo is looking for an enthusiastic, organised and detail-oriented individual to join the team as Global Marketing Operations Coordinator. This role is for a 12-month fixed term contract. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about the fragrance industry, understands the retail environment and enjoys working with international markets. 

The position will be based in Le Labo’s East London Office and will report to the Global Marketing Operations Lead.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain training materials linked to Marketing/Operations and share information internally and externally with international markets (EMEA, APAC and LATAM) and global Travel Retail (TR). 


• Participate in any brand immersion and drive sessions where applicable 


• Oversee packaging and collateral processes:
  
  
  
  • Create packaging and collateral programs* for all markets globally and monitor forecasts, timelines and stock transfers
  
  
  • Raise and monitor purchase orders
  
  
  • Maintain collateral tracker and training decks
  
  
  • Monitor collateral inventory, track SKU changes to maintain data integrity and minimize waste
  
  
  • Support market inquiries and keep markets updated on timelines, stock transfers
  
  
  • Liaise with the Collateral ELC Lead to shift collaterals to a continuous collateral process and support the transition where applicable
  
  
  • Liaise with Marketing for artwork creation for limited collaterals / raise all new artworks applicable to the department 
  
  
  
  


• Support all operations related to Le Labo’s personalized labelling processes: 
  
  
  
  • Track new openings and assist markets in setting up and navigating the labelling application
  
  
  • Monitor and update new launch calendar and assortment changes, prepare and provide labels to markets as needed. 
  
  
  • Prepare and submit requests for new labels and proofread, liaising with Artwork Management
  
  
  • Provide ad-hoc troubleshoot (remote) support
  
  
  • Monitor monthly batch recording execution and reports, report findings to markets 
  
  
  • Support front- and back-end development and rollout of a new system for artwork routing, management, distribution and in-store printing; carry out UAT and provide feedback from all perspectives (in-store and office)
  
  
  
  


• Request and review local labelling implementation for the international markets and provide feedback and further guidance where needed


• Update and keep on top of all Marketing Ops calendars and trackers and create new where needed


• Gather information for training decks (assortments, product availability, collateral specs, etc.) or retailer product query forms, working closely with Global departments in New York 


• Formulate in-store and market surveys (e.g., labelling, collaterals), be attentive to feedback during store visits, identify potential gaps and elaborate recommendations 


• Assist with procurement (purchase orders, invoice submission) for external suppliers


• Ensure archiving and record-keeping for company compliance

Qualifications

• 
  
  
  
  • Fluency in English, one other European language is a plus
  
  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to speak to a variety of people and collaborate with all departments and affiliates internally and retailers externally
  
  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications
