We believe in connecting the world and supporting our colleagues to do the same in their careers by undertaking assignments and opportunities globally that broaden their skills and ultimately benefit our clients. \n\nJob Description\n\nVialto Partners is looking for a Global Mobility Tax Senior Manager to join and help lead a rapidly growing team in the UK. We are looking for an individual with experience on a broad range of Global Mobility Tax matters who is keen to develop and progress in a fast paced and dynamic environment. The individual would be comfortable managing client engagements and projects, delivering across a broad range of complex areas, helping drive key team initiatives and supporting the development of the wider team. \n\nResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: \n\n * Day to day management of a variety of client engagements, varying from large global businesses through to smaller businesses with an expanding global footprint.\n\n * Providing clients with tax advice across a range of consulting areas, including tax residence, cross-border moves, tax equalisation, remote working, and commuting arrangements.\n\n * Proactively engaging with your client and the market to develop new opportunities, managing and delivering work to a high standard, and meeting deadlines.\n\n * Reviewing work and coaching, and developing junior colleagues.\n\n * Managing and developing client relationships through business development activities.\n\n * Staying up to date with evolving tax legislation and best practice, and keeping clients informed of any changes.\n\n\n\n\nWhat will be expected of you in this role:\n\n * Building and nurturing strong client and colleague relationships to foster long-term partnerships and drive business growth.\n\n * Working within a team both globally and nationally, whilst also being able to work independently.\n\n * Working with cross-functional teams and managing global mobility tax projects.\n\n\n\n\nPreferred skills and experience:\n\n * A commitment to delivering great client service with a focus on clear and timely communication.\n\n * Strong analytical skills and an interest in using technology to analyse client data and improve the usability of data for clients.\n\n * Provides compelling and well thought out solutions to complex problems.\n\n * Sustains a high level of drive, shows enthusiasm and a positive attitude when coping with pressure at work.\n\n * Strong communication skills, written and verbal.\n\n\n\n\nQualifications \n\n * The candidate will have practical experience of the areas outlined above with a strong background in UK tax. \n\n * Certification(s) Preferred: ACA / ATT / CTA (or breadth of knowledge equivalent to CTA)\n\n\n\n\n \nAdditional Information\n\n * Location: UK\n\n * The role is hybrid\n\n\n\n\nVialto is unstoppable when we work together in a culture of belonging, where everyone can thrive.
