Job Description - Global Mobility Tax Technology Assistant Manager

A Big 4 Firm is searching for a Global Mobility Technology Assistant Manager to join their Global Mobility Tax team in London

In this position, you'll be implementing and maintaining technology for clients from day one. You'll collaborate closely with internal contacts such as developers and your team, as well as external client contacts in HR and Global Mobility functions.

The role:

Understanding client requirements and provide technical tax input into software implementation projects
Contributing to product design and workflow development
Be a key day-to-day contact for clients, providing support and resolving queries related to the technology solutions
Gathering, analysing, and documenting detailed technical/tax requirements
Supporting business development and marketing activities
Overseeing financial aspects of engagements, including budgeting, invoicing

Ideally you'll be familiar with MS Project, MS Visio, Jira, or Azure DevOps, and have experience working with Tax, HR, or Travel Management systems. You will also be knowledgeable of global mobility, employment taxes, or business traveller compliance.
