Global P&C Claims Advocate/Executive

I am delighted to be partnering with my client who are highly regarded worldwide broker in their search for a Global Claims Advocate/Executive to oversee their claims programs for their UK and Global Property and Casualty clients.

The successful candidate will be a highly organised, technical and robust Claims Advocate, reviewing policy coverage and making arguments on their client’s behalf to deliver outstanding claims outcomes. You may also be involved in authoring technical updates, executive summaries, delivering training, undertaking claims audits and generally displaying a full understanding of the industry and regulatory landscape.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have experience in a senior claim’s relationship or technical role either in-house at a major corporate entity, a major law firm, a global insurer or broker
• Have proven experience in PDBI, Motor and Casualty experience with an excellent understanding of the legal principles that underpin a wide range of insurance types
• Be an excellent problem solver and researcher, able to investigate technical issues quickly calling on support from colleagues and formulating appropriate advice to the best interests of your client
• You can quickly build an understanding of a client’s business issues, insurance needs and expectations
• Be comfortable in advocating on behalf of your clients on large, complex claims or summarising performance and trends across a large volume of claims, both in writing and presenting in person to senior client stakeholders
• The ability to prepare and interpret claims experiences and analysis including claims triangulation's and the impact that deductibles and cover variations will have
