Global Payroll Lead

About the Role

We’re looking for a Global Payroll Lead to take ownership of our end-to-end global payroll operations. You’ll manage processes for direct employees, PEOs, and EORs across multiple countries, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timeliness.

You’ll partner closely with Deel, Thanks Ben, our Treasury function, and People Operations to ensure our payroll processes are seamless, scalable, and support Typeform’s global growth.

What You’ll Do

• Own the global payroll process and ensure every team member, regardless of location, receives the correct salary on time—every time.


• Act as a key enabler of employee engagement and trust by maintaining payroll accuracy and reliability.


• Manage payroll operations globally across all employment types (direct hire, PEO, EOR).


• Collaborate with platforms like Deel and Thanks Ben to ensure smooth processing of joiners, leavers, salary changes, and structured pay adjustments.


• Work with Treasury to ensure timely and accurate funding in the appropriate currencies.


• Partner with Finance and NetSuite teams to implement automation, including API integrations.


• Help define and scale payroll frameworks to support new geographies and employment models.
