Description

• Leading a team of 5 Category Managers & Buyers
• Creating and leading the end to end procurement strategy.
• Developing long term relationships with global suppliers.
• Working with internal stakeholders including Finance, NPD & Engineering.

Profile

• A track record within manufacturing procurement
• Experience working with global suppliers
• Experience upskilling and managing a procurement team
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A passion for procurement and supply chain

Job Offer

Up to £75,000 plus bonus and benefits

Flexible working (3 days pw on site in Stevenage)
