Franchise Agreement Management

• Craft, negotiate, and lead the lifecycle of franchise agreements with precision.

• Track every detail—renewals, amendments, compliance—like a pro.

• Ensure franchisees deliver on every standard and every promise.

Performance Monitoring & Support

• Own the data. Understand the story. Drive the outcomes.

• Monitor KPIs, sales, and profitability across international markets.

• Spot what’s lagging, spark what’s working, and strategise what’s next.

Global Program Implementation

• Partner with Ops, Training, Marketing, and Service teams to execute big.

• Launch global initiatives in local markets—consistently, flawlessly.

• Align performance triggers (like bonus structures or discounts) with precision.

Franchise Development Insights

• Use analytics to uncover growth opportunities and performance risks.

• Influence franchise expansion decisions with grounded, data-led insight.

• Collaborate with Legal and Finance to negotiate new deals that drive success.

Qualifications & Background:
