• Experience leading retail training, service, or program design—especially in luxury, premium retail, or hospitality.

• Background in global or cross-market roles—ideally within both company-owned and franchised structures.

• Project management mastery: juggling multiple time zones and deliverables like a pro.

• A degree in Business, Marketing, Education—or simply a proven track record of results.
