Global Technical Lead

The Role 

We are seeking a Global Technical Lead that will lead delivery of digital placement products from discovery to go-live, running discovery with the business, mapping processes and systems, and managing the engineering team through build, UAT and release. The role keeps business users involved through regular walkthroughs and feedback loops and translates business data requirements into structured data dictionaries and schemas across multiple lines of business, prioritising scope with stakeholders. 

What you’ll bring 

• This role owns technical carrier and market connectivity capability, maintaining API specifications, data dictionaries and carrier engagement materials, tracking connectivity status across the carrier panel, acting as the primary working contact for carriers on integration, evaluating carrier digital capability through RFP scoring, and managing requests for access to placement and pipeline data. 
• The role provides delivery governance across the portfolio by chairing programme checkpoints, status reporting for leadership and PMO, signing off releases, and capturing delivery lessons that can be repeated as ways of working across other programmes.
