Global Transportation Finance Paralegal

Ryder Reid Legal is working closely with a US law firm, to recruit a paralegal to support the firms Global Transportation Finance team on a permanent basis.

The successful paralegal will work directly with attorneys, clients and opposing counsel within the team, and the duties will include; preparing and organising documents for closing, filing documents, UCCs for closings, and assembling documents post-closing.

Previous paralegal experience would be advantageous, however is not essential. Essentially the firm is looking for a hardworking, willing candidate who has excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
