Permanent, rotating 4 day working pattern, no nights

We're partnering with a leading packaging manufacturer to recruit an experienced Glue Minder. This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing production team with a company that values quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

The Role:

• Make ready the gluing machines for production runs
• Operate Bobst Alpina, Mistral, and Masterfold machines
• Monitor production for speed and quality-ensuring cartons meet all specifications
• Record shift and job data accurately via the DCU system
• Lead, mentor, and train your team
• Maintain BRC and Health & Safety standards
• Support machine maintenance and resolve line issues

What We're Looking For:

• Gluing or carton packaging experience ideally using Bobst Alpina, Mistral and/or Masterfold machines
• Knowledge of gluing machinery and the "make ready" process
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Quality-focused with excellent attention to detail
• Flexible, proactive, and safety-conscious
