GMP Production Manager

Are you an experienced Production Manager or Operative with a strong background in GxP and Clean Room environments? Our client is a dynamic and innovative company focused on the development of high-quality, specialist products. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a highly capable Production Manager to lead day-to-day operations within a regulated cleanroom manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean Room Production Operations:

* Lead and manage the production team in a GxP-regulated cleanroom environment

* Organise production space and workflow, ensuring manufacturing processes run efficiently and to schedule

* Oversee maintenance and operation of production equipment

* Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained to the highest level

Quality & Compliance:

* Enforce GxP standards across all production activities

* Support documentation creation, review and implementation

* Act as subject matter expert during audits, inspections, and internal quality investigations

* Participate in equipment qualification, validation and training initiatives

* Identify and raise deviations, lead root cause analysis, and implement CAPA actions

* Work closely with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, R&D and Commercial teams to ensure timely product release

Health & Safety:

* Ensure adherence to HSE regulations and internal policies

* Support safety audits, risk assessments, and reporting of incidents or near misses

* Ensure compliance with procedures for the handling and disposal of regulated materials

Candidate Profile:

* Proven leadership or supervisory experience within a GxP-compliant manufacturing environment

* Strong background in cleanroom operations

* Degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline

* Confident managing change in a fast-paced, regulated environment

* Excellent communication, team leadership and organisational skills
