We are currently seeking an individual for the part-time role of Go To Host, working 16 hours over Thursday and Friday, where you'll infuse each workplace encounter with excitement, creativity, and a personal touch. Key Responsibilities Report to the Go To Lead, the Workplace Experience Host is responsible for delivering the unexpected, making each encounter fun, exciting and personal Be an ambassador for brand principles, culture and values; someone who embraces an ethos of outstanding service and keeps it at the heart of everything you do Serve as the eyes and ears of assigned floors/buildings at the client’s site to bring experience to life, enabling a holistic perspective of the whole workday through strong engagement with colleagues, guests and Internal stakeholders Be the primary point of contact for colleagues and guests, acting as the “face” for our client Always willing to go the extra mile, with a positive 'can do' attitude, you will be a well-organised individual with a keen eye for detail As a key part of our data-driven business model, the Workplace Experience Host is hyper-diligent in logging all their activity so the business can continually learn and adapt to serve our customer in the most effective manner Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Customer services experience in dealing with Blue Chip/ High Touch clients High School or College Degree Proven track record of providing stellar customer service Proven ability to function successfully within a strong team environment High Proficiency of Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point applications, knowledge in property management / Condeco systems a plus Excellent telephone skills and verbal communication The Company ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
