Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee the outbound logistics operations, guaranteeing that goods are dispatched accurately and on time.
• Inspire and guide a dynamic team of warehouse operatives, cultivating a culture centered on safety and top-notch performance.
• Maintain and enforce rigorous quality control measures throughout the picking and packing stages.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Initiate continuous improvement programs to boost efficiency in outbound processes.
• Evaluate performance metrics to enhance operational effectiveness and monitor team achievements.

• Demonstrated background as a Goods Out Manager or in a comparable supervisory position within an e-commerce warehouse setting.
• Strong team management skills and leadership potential
• In-depth knowledge of logistics and inventory management principles.
• Outstanding organisational abilities and proficient multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly advantageous.
• Good understanding of people management processes including absence management, 1-2-1s and performance management.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Forklift certification is a valuable asset.
