The Opportunity

Due to continued success, Themis Recruit are currently looking for a Grade C Solicitor or Legal Executive (2–4 years PQE) to join their Serious and Catastrophic Injury team. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work from home and access to their local serviced offices.

You will manage your own multi-track personal injury caseload, assist senior fee earners on high-value/catastrophic injury cases, and play a key part in our continued growth and client-first service delivery.

We also welcome applications from individuals close to Grade B level.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of multi-track personal injury claims.
  

• Assist senior team members with catastrophic and high-value claims.
  

• Supervise, delegate, and provide constructive feedback to trainees and paralegals.
  

• Ensure excellent client care in line with our values and Client First Service standards.
  

• Maintain accurate case management records and propose improvements to systems and procedures.
  

• Engage in business development and networking activities.
  

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of personal injury law (claimant-side).
  
  
• Experience in fast-track and multi-track personal injury cases.
  
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
  
• Competence in using a legal case management system.
  
  
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  
  
• Passion for supporting injured individuals and making a difference.
  

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (Grade C) with 2–4 years PQE.
  

• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
