Graduate Accounts Assistant

Job Description

Our client is an international trading company with offices based in North West London who are recruiting for a Graduate Accounts Assistant to join their team. This position would suit a Graduate with a years or more experience in an accounts related role.

This position offers great career prospects, progression and parking.

Duties will include:
• Working closely with the trading team
• Maintaining supplier relationships by dealing with queries and negotiating payment plans
• Liaising with customers and international suppliers
• Checking payment of shipping invoices
• Monitoring costs incurred in trading and logistics
• Processing of shipping documents
• Ensuring company costs (invoices and expense claims) are properly recorded

Key skills:
• Degree educated
• Strong IT skills
• Strong numeracy skills
