What does success look like? You will be expected offer creative solutions following best practises and procedures. Working as part of a team to ensure work is completed on time and to the standards set. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow the training plan set by your line manager to develop your creative skills and technical knowledge
• Provide adaptive design solutions to meet the client briefs and to support your colleagues
• Follow the direction of the creative leads and your colleagues, while offering interesting   solutions where appropriate
• Develop a working knowledge of the print processes and develop the ability to work with artwork files, cutter guides and brand guidelines to ensure your adaptive designs are fit for purpose
• Ensure the creation of your design work/files meets the criteria set by our creative and production teams
• Learn and follow client brand guidelines
• Self-monitor work in progress liaising with senior members of the team to ensure it meets quality, time & cost standards in line with brief objectives and budgets
• Have fun and produce the best work you can

What we are looking for:

• A creative thinker, excited by retail and brand design
• Excellent attention to detail with an eye for consistency
• Experience with Adobe programmes especially Illustrator and Photoshop
• A desire to learn with the ability to pick up new skills, processes & systems quickly
• A confident communicator
• A driven individual with a passion for success
• A team player
