About the Role:
As a Business Development Graduate, you will be motivated to work full role from recruiting to placing candidates.

No one day will be the same as a Business Development Graduate at Prospero, you will be personable and able to build relationships in a positive manner.

Your journey with Prospero will start with our in-house training programme which incorporates working with associate directors and management. This will provide you with a strong understanding of Prospero's values and will help you develop the commercial mindset when to speaking with clients.

Personal Requirements:

Have a passion for building strong relationships with clients and candidates
Degree-educated in around business management or Education
Winning mentality
Must be eligible to work in the UK by the time the role commences.
Must have a full driving licence, valid in the UK
Must be in the able to travel to our Leeds offfice
