Graduate AI Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking ambitious and motivated graduates to join a two year Graduate AI Engineer Programme within the telecommunications industry. This is an excellent opportunity to begin a career in artificial intelligence, gaining practical experience while contributing to the development and implementation of innovative AI solutions.

You will work alongside experienced engineers and technical specialists, developing your skills in machine learning, intelligent automation and AI driven software development. Throughout the programme, you will gain exposure to real world projects focused on improving telecommunications networks, operational efficiency and customer experiences.

## Key Responsibilities

Develop, test and implement AI and machine learning solutions for telecommunications applications.

Assist in building intelligent systems that improve network performance, reliability and service delivery.

Work with Python and relevant AI frameworks to develop and optimise software applications.

Analyse large datasets to identify patterns, trends and opportunities for AI driven improvements.

Collaborate with software engineers, data specialists and wider technical teams on AI projects.

Research emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to apply them within telecommunications.

Ensure AI solutions are developed with appropriate consideration for AI ethics, responsible AI practices, governance and regulatory requirements.

## Requirements

A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Mathematics or a related discipline.

An understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning and programming fundamentals.

Familiarity with Python or other relevant programming languages.

An interest in telecommunications, emerging technologies and intelligent software solutions.

Knowledge or understanding of AI ethics, AI regulations and responsible AI development.

Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.

A willingness to learn, develop technical skills and contribute to collaborative projects.

## What We Offer

Starting salary of £37,000 per annum.
