Core skills & experience

What must you have to be considered?

• Degree educated (minimum of 2:1 in a mainstream degree)


• A confident, professional and pragmatic approach to all duties


• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills


• IT Literate, with an in-depth knowledge of full Microsoft office suite of programmes


• Ability to work within a team


• Positive/flexible attitude and a willingness to learn


• Initiative - use judgement and reasoning in order to propose solutions to problems


• A quick thinker who can adapt to changing work demands


• Attention to detail

Other skills & experience?

What skills and experience, in addition to core skills, would make you stand out

• An interest in and knowledge of either real estate or renewable energy investment advisory is desirable


• Demonstrable evidence of strong Excel and a familiarity with NPV and IRR concepts


• Completion of the FMVA qualification
