Job Description - Graduate B2B Sales Executive

Graduate B2B Sales Executive - Exciting Opportunity in a Leading Tech Company

London Based - hybrid working 3 days in-office

Salary £27,000-£30,000+ Uncapped Commission + Excellent Benefits

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for sales? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for building relationships with clients? If so, we have the perfect role for you!

Our client is a global intelligence business that connects data buyers and sellers through multiple products (platform, content, events, meetings, and more) and provides research and consultancy. They work with a broad spectrum of businesses around the world, from the unknown to well-known brands.

The Role

As a Graduate B2B Sales Executive, you will:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold-calling, networking, and social media.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting the right solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Deliver high-quality presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Meet and exceed sales KPIs and targets, while continuously seeking opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate with a good degree.
  • Strong interest in sales and a desire to pursue a career in B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, organised and have excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
