Graduate BEMS Consultant – London - £28,000

Role Overview
A growing building services consultancy is seeking a Graduate BEMS Consultant to support the delivery of Building Energy Management Systems, controls and smart building consultancy services across a varied client base.
Working alongside an experienced team, the successful candidate will gain exposure to surveys, design support, tender activity, commissioning, optimisation and client reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Support BEMS and controls surveys, producing clear findings and client recommendations.
Assist with feasibility studies, specification reviews, technical evaluations and energy management activity.
Contribute to concept design, tender support, cost review and contractor evaluation.
Support commissioning, witness testing, snagging and project progress reporting.
Provide technical support to clients and internal teams while developing consultancy skills.
Skills and Attributes

Understanding of building services, BMS, controls or smart building technologies.
Strong technical interest with good numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Confident communication skills with the ability to engage clients, contractors and project teams.
Organised, self-motivated and keen to develop within a consultancy environment.
Good IT skills with the ability to produce clear reports and technical documentation.
Qualifications and Experience

HNC, degree or equivalent qualification in electrical, mechanical, building services or a related engineering discipline.
Experience or exposure within BMS, controls, building services, systems integration or consultancy would be advantageous.
Knowledge of platforms such as Trend, Tridium or Niagara would be beneficial but is not essential.
Based in London with travel to client sites as required; training and development will be provided.
