Graduate Broker

Juice Recruitment is excited to be working in partnership with an independent and well-established insurance company, with the appointment of a Graduate Broker to join their expanding team.

This entry-level role is designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to the insurance industry, equipping the successful candidate with the skills and knowledge required to progress into a Broking role. The position offers structured learning across core areas of the business, including broking, claims handling, finance, sales, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Broking

• Learn core insurance products (Motor, Household, Travel)
• Support risk presentations and underwriting negotiations
• Assist with policy placement, billing, and client servicing

Claims

• Understand the claims process
• Help manage claims to ensure timely resolution

Finance & Sales

• Gain exposure to internal finance operations
• Learn the sales process and support account activities

Customer Service

• Understand service standards
• Provide phone and general office support

About you:

• Recent 2:1 degree, ideally in a business-related field
• Strong communication skills
• Proactive with a willingness to learn
• Interest in insurance, risk, and compliance
