An established and well-respected building services consultancy in Leamington Spa is looking to recruit a Graduate Building Services Engineer to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to launch their career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment, gaining exposure to a wide variety of projects and technologies.

The Ideal Candidate:

We're looking for a recent graduate in Building Services Engineering or a related field who is passionate about building performance, sustainability, and the built environment. You'll be eager to develop your skills, take on responsibility, and work as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of mechanical and electrical building services systems
• Perform lighting and cable calculations using software tools like Dialux and Electrical OM (training provided)
• Support heating, cooling, ventilation, and domestic services design using spreadsheets and software like IES (training provided)
• Collaborate with manufacturers on equipment selection and system integration (e.g., VRV/heat pump systems)
• Produce 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD and develop 3D models in Revit (training provided)
• Attend site visits and project meetings with senior engineers
• Engage in continued professional development and keep up to date with industry standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree (BEng, BSc) or HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering or a related discipline
• Basic IT proficiency
• Willingness to learn industry-specific software and tools
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A keen interest in sustainable building design and engineering
